We're getting older and our physical appearance is changing. Often, we aren't happy with what we see in the mirror. It reminds us that time is marching on. And, it's a testament that we aren't getting any younger.
If we aren't happy and accepting of the face staring back at us in the mirror, we can lose self confidence. Plus, we won't be as vibrant and engaged as we could be. That's why we're talking about the aging face and what steps we can take to enhance our natural appearance while slowing the aging process in this week's episode of Life after Kids with Drs. Listen, in Midlife it's ok to want to slow down the aging process. We don't want to age faster than our years. And, we certainly want to keep our face youthful and glowing for as long as possible. There are so many things we can do at home or at a salon to reduce the signs of aging on our face. Dr. Brooke has many tips for being proactive with the health of your skin and taking care of your body on the inside so you look your best on the outside.
