Episode 9: The Purpose Video

Are your kids growing up or moving on?  Are you in midlife and feeling a little empty or lost? It may be because you don't really know who you are and you aren't sure what you want to give to the world. 

Maybe you've been doing the same type of work for most of your adult life and you've mastered it, so now you're getting bored and craving change.  Before you do anything, take a deeper dive into understanding your strengths and what drives you.

In our latest episode of Life after Kids with Drs. Brooke and Lynne, we're talking about our First Foundation: PURPOSE.  Having purpose is important.  It helps you truly THRIVE in midlife.  When you know your strengths and your purpose, you will know where to put your focus, time, and energy.  You will feel more full-filled and more productive.  

Here's the thing....
In midlife, you can weight train, meditate, do yoga, get facials, and eat healthy to feel good.  But, if you don't have purpose and you don't accept yourself for who you are, you will never truly THRIVE.  Purpose is the foundation for everything else in your life.
